Fractional Head of Events or Operations Most asked

Not every organisation needs a full-time Head of Events. But most organisations delivering events need someone who thinks, leads and operates like one. You get senior events leadership, strategy, structure, supplier relationships, team direction and delivery oversight, without the full-time salary, notice period or long-term commitment.

I embed into your organisation on a part-time or project basis: owning the events strategy and annual programme, holding the budget end to end, building the supplier and agency bench, chairing production meetings, line-managing your events team and reporting into senior leadership.

Great Scott Projects & Events is a senior events consultancy, based in the UK and working worldwide. It’s built on 15+ years of running events at every scale: hybrid conferences spanning multiple countries for 10,000 attendees, global tech conferences in New York and London, festivals for 5,000+ delegates, dinner galas and award ceremonies, brand launches and brand trips and boardroom roundtables.

I've held budgets of £2M+, led crews of 50+ and run rooms of 10,000+ across the UK, Europe and the US. Clients bring me in to shape the strategy, run the whole thing end to end, take the headset on the day, or add senior support when their own team is stretched.
